Lloyds Bank Operations Simulation – Workflow Mapping & UX Redesign
I built a simulated Operations Analyst environment inspired by real banking processes, focusing on how trade data flows through an organisation. This included designing a structured Trade Operations Log to track assets, SLA deadlines, settlements, and exceptions, paired with a UX audit of the Lloyds banking interface. By analysing visual consistency, hierarchy, and interaction patterns, I explored how UX improvements could reduce operational friction and support faster decision-making. This project strengthened my understanding of how design, data clarity, and user experience come together in financial services
Unbreakable Minds – UX Portfolio Website & Brand Design
Unbreakable Minds is my personal brand and UX design project built around themes of resilience and clear user experience. I designed a responsive website using structured navigation, intuitive layout, and meaningful visuals. The project highlights my ability to combine branding, storytelling, and UX principles to create a polished digital identity using tools like Hostinger, WordPress frameworks, and Adobe Suite.
Digital Productivity Planner – Product Design & Marketing Learnings
I designed a complete digital productivity planner, building structured pages for daily routines, habits, goals, and reflection. Although the product didn’t gain traction, it taught me valuable lessons about digital product launches, especially the importance of engaging short-form marketing content and consistent branding. The project demonstrates my ability to conceptualise, design, and package a functional digital product while learning from real market feedback.
